Our devices are network unlocked and can be used on any network in Australia and overseas. 

All phone batteries have a differing capacity and the amount of time that they will last depends on capacity and type of usage. Our partners extensively test every battery to ensure that it is above 80% of its original manufactured capacity.

As new: This is the best condition you can get your device in - Devices look as good as new. 

Excellent: The device has very minor scratches that are hardly visible from a distance - Device looks extremely good.

Very Good: There are some scratches which can be observed and functionality is intact - Affordable, functional and good to use.

Good: There are clear scratches and minor dents and functionality is intact - Functional and cost efficient.

All devices, regardless of their conditions, undergo more than 40 checkpoints and hence functionally are perfectly good!

All our devices are original and come with the charger, a charging cable and a non-original plain white box. For sanitary reasons, we do not include earphones.

Our company is based in Australia but we exclusively sell online. In the unlikely case you are not satisfied with the product, we offer a 14-day return policy where we would be happy to replace it for free.

You can make payment securely on our website using credit card, PayPal, bank transfer and POLi. We currently do not offer cash on delivery. Should you encounter any problems during checkout or are not able to access any of the payment forms we offer, please get in touch again so that we can provide you with alternate options.

Each device order comes with up to 12-months free warranty. Our warranty covers all product defects, both hardware and software, during the warranty period. This includes significant differences in products than what was originally ordered at the time of delivery.

The warranty does not cover any damages caused by the customer, family members, friends, or any other external persons or impact. This includes (and is not exhaustive of) damage of the device caused by force, water or any external factors.

In the unlikely case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your undamaged device within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will receive the full refund within 14 days after our product team has received and inspected the item.

In the event that there are obvious signs of use, our product team reserves the right to apportion you a refund value deemed reasonable. This allows us to protect our devices and customers from others who misuse and abuse our return policy. Device replacements are complimentary.

We endeavor to deliver to all major metros within 3-5 working days and all rural areas within 5-8 working days from the date of dispatch of your order.

Please note that once we ship your order we do not have any control over any delays in transit caused by any reason. We will aim to work with the service provider to track and trace your order and resolve any issues as soon as possible but this might not be possible always.
