14 Days Free Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. In case the product doesn’t meet your expectations or you changed your mind, you can return your device for free. Please use the below form to receive your free return label. After 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately can’t offer any refunds.

For pre-loved devices, you can return your undamaged device within 14 days after delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back in the same condition it was purchased, be free of any passcodes and iCloud/Google accounts and include all accessories it came with. In case that there are obvious signs of use or the device was damaged after receipt, we will grant you no refunds and send the device back to you.

For Brand New devices, you can return your unopened & undamaged device within 14 days after delivery for a full refund. Please note that we only accept unopened and sealed devices that are in the original packaging. In case that the device was opened or damaged after receipt, we will grant you no refunds and send the device back to you.

When will I receive my refund?
After you submit the below form, our customer service team will reach out to you and provide you with a return label within 3 working days. As soon as our vendor receives the returned product, it will be inspected and after which we will initiate the refund within 4 working days. It will take several more days until the refund is reflected on your bank statement. In case that it isn’t shown 7 working days after you received the refund notification from us, please get in touch with us via email to support@reebelo.com.au .

 

12 Months Warranty

Unlike most electronics or secondhand stores, Reebelo is fully confident in the devices we offer for sale - that's why every device comes with a free warranty. For pre-owned devices, the warranty is covered by the vendor. For new devices, the original warranty is included and will be covered by the manufacturer. In case of any defects during the warranty period, your device will be repaired, or if this shouldn’t be possible replaced, for free.

 

24 Months ReebeloCare

ReebeloCare enables you to buy devices with an extended peace of mind. Covering all product defects (hardware + software) that compromise functionality at the point of sale, up until the end of your ReebeloCare period.

 

How does the process work?

After you submit the below form, our customer service team will reach out to you and provide you with a return label within 3 working days. As soon as our vendor receives the returned product, it will be inspected and repaired or replaced within 3-7 days of the device being received. Please note that repaired devices or replacements can only be sent out after our vendor has received, inspected and repaired the returned device

Reebelo and our vendors are not responsible for any loss of data during any claims. You must remove any Apple ID/Passcode/Google accounts before sending the item for claims. Claims can't be processed if the returned device has any Apple ID/Passcode/Google accounts. You are responsible for packing the device securely for shipping. Any damage or loss while in transit is the sender's responsibility.

For selected products accidental damage cover is also available at a fixed cost. The accidental damage cover is for any physical damage (external or internal which includes damage to OLED screen) and battery wear and tear with the service fee payable in both cases.

Any liquid damage caused by the customer is excluded from accidental damage cover. In case of any external damage, damage to OLED screen, drop, liquid/water damage, opening of the product, repair or diagnosis by another party than the seller of the device, the customer will lose all rights connected to the warranty.

The fee to cover accidental damage will be paid out directly and before any repairs are carried out to Reebelo’s repair partner. The fee is specified below and customer is limited to one physical damage repair claim (Incident fee) per agreement

Device Value = Repair Incident Fee

Under $500 = $99 inc GST

$501-$1200 = $199 inc GST

$1201-$2000 = $249 inc GST

Ownership of extended Warranty cover cannot be transferred between customers. All warranty products and services by Reebelo and Reebelo’s repair partner exclude coverage of any extent related to data recovery or loss. At no point for any reason can the Reebelo or Reebelo’s repair partner be held liable for lost user data.

 

What is NOT covered?

Our standard warranty does not cover any damage caused by the customer or third-parties. This can include, but not limited to, any physical damage (external or internal which includes damage to OLED screen which might not show on the casing of the device), battery wear and tear, installing shady software and liquid damage caused by the customer or a third-party are not covered by the limited warranty or ReebeloCare. If the device is found to show signs of any of the above mentioned scenarios it will be returned to you without repair. Nevertheless, feel free to contact us should your phone experience issues post-warranty as we can arrange for repairs to be done by our partners at a special rate, just for you.
