We will replace the item if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations. Just fill-up the form below within the first 14 days after the item has been received and we’ll arrange the replacement of your device for free. For the unlikely case that our vendors don't have any available devices in stock, you can choose between a full refund or an alternative device of the same value.
Returns & Change of Mind
For Brand New Items: You can return your unopened & undamaged device within 14 days after delivery for a full refund. Please note that we only accept unopened and sealed devices that are in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the device is found to not be in the same condition as it was purchased and/or if it was opened, used, or damaged.
For Refurbished Items: You can return your undamaged device within 14 days after delivery for a full refund. Please note that we only accept the item in the same condition as you received it. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back in the same condition it was purchased in, be free of any passcodes and iCloud/Google accounts and include all accessories it came with. In case that there are obvious signs of use, we will grant you no or partial refunds (depending on the signs of use). Otherwise, your return request will be rejected.
For your peace of mind
Unlike most electronics or secondhand stores, Reebelo Australia is fully confident in the devices we offer for sale - that's why every device comes with up to 12 months free warranty. You can find the exact length of the warranty on the product page. For pre-owned devices, the warranty is covered by the vendor. For new devices, the original warranty is included and will be covered by the manufacturer.
Please note that we can only process refunds within the 14 days free return policy. If your order is past the 14 days returns but is within the warranty period, we cannot refund you.
What does the warranty cover?
We believe in the quality of our products, so we're offering coverage more comprehensive than the rest of the competition. Our warranty covers all product defects (hardware and software) that compromise functionality at the point of sale, up until the end of your warranty period.
What is NOT covered?
Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by the customer. This can be including, but not limited to, physical accidents like dropping the phone, water damage and installing shady software. If the device is found to be damaged in any way it will be returned to you without repair. This will be done at your expense with the cost of return shipping paid by you.
Nevertheless, feel free to contact us should your phone experience issues post-warranty as we can arrange for repairs to be done by our partners at a special rate, just for you.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds can only be made within the 14 days return policy. If your order falls within this policy, the refund process will only begin after you have filled in this form and the vendor has completed evaluating your returned product. Once our vendors deem it to be a valid return with no obvious signs of usage, you will be notified via email once your refund is being processed. The refund processing time period depends on the mode of the payment during the purchase of the device and normally takes a couple of days.
If your order is past the 14 days returns but is within the warranty period, we cannot process refunds.
What should I do in case of late or missing refunds?

How long does it take and what happens if the issue cannot be repaired?
Generally, our partners will be able to advise on the timing immediately upon inspection. If your phone is under warranty and cannot be repaired, our partners will be happy to arrange for a replacement at no cost to you. Alternatively, you will be fully refunded (if the vendor has no available stock for a replacement).
